A graduate of Fresno City College with a degree in Health Information Technology and a focus on medical coding, she combines strong technical knowledge with a deep understanding of the human aspects of healthcare. Her previous work in medical settings involved coordinating care and supporting individuals from underserved communities, an experience that has strengthened her passion for patient advocacy and helping clients navigate their healthcare with confidence and clarity.

At Olive Leaf, Aileen is excited to expand her knowledge in the behavioral health field while utilizing her expertise to assist clients with insurance and scheduling needs. She brings a calm, organized presence to the office and is dedicated to ensuring clients feel efficiently supported in every interaction.
