CAPSLO Partnership

Supporting Families Through Comprehensive Care

At Olive Leaf Family Therapy, we believe in meeting families where they are—emotionally, socially, and logistically.

As part of our commitment to holistic, accessible care, we are proud to collaborate with Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo (CAPSLO) to connect clients with vital resources that extend beyond the therapy room.

Who is CAPSLO?

Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo (CAPSLO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating the causes of poverty by empowering individuals and families through a broad range of services. These include housing support, early education, energy assistance, financial literacy, and health services. CAPSLO’s mission aligns with ours: to strengthen individuals and families so they can thrive in their communities.

How We Work Together

This integrated approach ensures the families we serve can access the emotional, material, and structural support needed to build stable, healthy lives.

Through our partnership with CAPSLO, Olive Leaf Family Therapy is able to:

  • Refer clients to housing and emergency shelter services

  • Support parents with early childhood education enrollment

  • Connect families to CAPSLO’s health and nutrition programs

  • Link clients to utility assistance and job readiness training

  • Collaborate on wraparound services for clients facing multiple challenges

A Shared Vision of Healing & Empowerment

Whether you’re navigating parenthood, processing trauma, rebuilding after hardship, or simply trying to find your footing, Olive Leaf Family Therapy and CAPSLO are here to support you. Our therapists provide compassionate, evidence-based care—while our connection to CAPSLO helps address systemic needs like safe housing, food stability, and childcare access.
