Irania is a Clinical Associate Therapist at Olive Leaf who enjoys working with adolescents and young adults experiencing challenges related to anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions. She also has a strong interest in supporting individuals and families dealing with anger management and relationship issues. Irania is passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and work toward positive personal growth.

Her approach to therapy is grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy, which emphasizes clients' strengths and resources to create meaningful change. Irania works collaboratively to help clients identify their goals and develop practical strategies to achieve them. She believes in empowering individuals to recognize their own capacity for growth and resilience.

Irania holds a Master's in Social Work and is a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. She has experience providing support in both hospital and school settings, working with diverse populations. Her background has allowed her to develop strong skills in assessment, case management, and therapeutic intervention.
