Lindsay Young is an Associate Psychotherapist at Olive Leaf who brings warmth, collaboration, and creativity to her work with clients. With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lindsay is particularly passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, intergenerational trauma, and those seeking queer-conscious care.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration—honoring each client as the expert of their own lived experience. Lindsay fosters a flexible, human-centered space where clients are empowered to take the lead in their healing journey. By creating a space where authenticity thrives, she encourages clients to take the wheel and experience the transformative power of driving their own growth.

Lindsay holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and has provided counseling in a variety of settings, including nonprofits, youth-centered programs, and creative wellness workshops. Her diverse experience enriches her ability to connect meaningfully with clients across different backgrounds and life stages.
