Natalie brings 25 years of healthcare experience to her role as Director of Operations and Culture, providing support across all Olive Leaf offices. A lifelong Central Valley resident, her career has been rooted in compassion, service, and a deep connection to her community. She finds genuine fulfillment in helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
