Zeyda Romero is a compassionate and culturally attuned therapist who specializes in supporting individuals navigating neurodiversity, grief, and trauma. She brings a deeply inclusive perspective to her work, with a particular passion for serving clients from Hispanic and Latino communities. Zeyda welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and age groups, tailoring each session to honor their unique experiences, identities, and goals.
Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and highly adaptive, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based practices. Zeyda’s focus is not just on reducing symptoms, but on helping clients connect with their values and create a life defined by what matters most. She views therapy as a collaborative journey—one that fosters growth, resilience, and meaning.
Zeyda holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a B.A. in English. Her specialized experience includes working with neurodivergent women and individuals with ADHD. She continues to deepen her training in ACT and frequently presents on ADHD-related topics, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning and impactful care.
